Mend Whirlpool DU1000 Dishwasher Change Program

How can i fix my Nautilus Dishwasher?

We cannot change the program and there is no display on the time and failure display. When we push and hold the start program for 2 seconds the dishwasher will temporarily run and 11 minutes shows in the time display box for about 2 seconds. We have cleaned the filter and the revolving arms and also checked there are no kinks in the water supply hoses.

Sounds like the control panel has given up. You could try unplugging it from the wall socket for 3-4 minutes plug it back in and see if it resets. If not then get a service company to check & replace the controller.
