Take cover off under steering wheel, look at very bottom edge nearest to pedals and you should see x 2 narrow grey relays, try giving them a jiggle as this was all i needed to cure a constantly on indicator(no flashing) I thought it would have been the relay itself, but its been fine for 3 months now.

on the fuse box on steering column need to remove cowling to see it on bottom of fuse box .
