Mend Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3L S38RWF Driving Oil Full

white,van,mac sprinter 3L,s38rwf?

while driving the van on the road and the oil is full water and everything is full but the van temperature of the van goes up some reason, i dont know why even it has water and i dont drive for that long

you may have a stuck thermostat, or even a sensor problem. when the van gets hot, feel the bottom hose. this should be cold. if it isnt, then you are overheating. if its cold, your sensor may be faulty.
difficult to diagnose with limited information, but if you drive it while in the red, it wont take many minutes to cause major engine damage.
