i also need a capacitor for my tumble dryer, hotpoint aquarius. where did you get yours ? i cannot find anyone who sells them .

My tumble dryer stopped turning and thought it was the motor or the brushes. Found out that this model has an induction motor which doesn't have brushes but has an 8mF capacitor bolted on to it. Bought a new capacitor for a fiver, it took 10 mins to replace and it works a treat. Didn't even have to take the motor off.
