Mend Peugeot 307 HDi Problem Turned Start

peugeot 307 HDi wont turn over?

having no previous problem, turned off car as normal, now wont start again. just a click or two and everything electrical drained, so changed starter motor and tried to jump start, same symtoms. clock and radio etc. set to zero and passenger air bag dis-arms. any ideas please?

change small yellow fuse. in box next to battery

Check the earth lead on the top of gearbox they break off also check the nut in the box next to battery where fuses are nut is 13mm spanner size sometimes these can be loose
