How can I fix my peugeot 406 car Keys?

The rubber gromit on both of my keys has broken in the middle. How can I repair this?

buy a key from ebay and swap all the parts over its only one screw holding it all together easy (try scrap yards for a key or ebay or even try dealer you only need a case of a key)
