I use dv3 f1 ace humax reciever i get signel but dont recieve quality what?

I can't figure out what box you do have.

If it is a DVB-T (Freeview) box then check your aerial and aerial connectors. An indoor aerial or a loft aerial are unlikely to work, it needs to be of the outdoor type.

If it is DVB-S (satellite) then check your dish alignment and coax connectors.
