I have the same problem - coming from rubber dispenser outlet hose - the hose rubs against the sharp internal edge of the front left corner of the casing - I would consider it a design fault, however, I have made short term repairs with some rubber sealant. A new one will only cost about £5 and shouldn't be too technically difficult to fit, although, it could be awkward.
