Mend Thompson dti6300-16 Red Light Green Problem

Thompson digibox dti6300-16?

My Digibox will not turn on with or without the remote. Red light stays on - it will not go green. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Not exactly sure with problem, but maybe try and turn off the power from the wall socket and then on again?
worked for me before
