how can i fix my tricity bendix TM320W tumble dryer?

my tumble dryer does not heat up i have had the elemant replaced so i know it is not that but it still will not heat up can you help.

Just emptied the water tank and whilst at it washed out the heat exchanger. Switch on and power on light illuminates and you can hear something is wanting to start. no drum rotation and no hot hair

thermostat inside drum (use a mirror inside drum to see it up behind door opening)will be open circuit.replacing it should solve problem
