what to do about my oven?

I have tricity bendix fan assisted oven, fan is working, but there is no heat, so I can't use it. Everything else is working well. The cooker is a strata CSE452W. Could you help me?

around the outside of that fan you can see spinning is a round shaped heating element.you can gain access to it from inside the oven cavity by removing the back cover plate held on with 4 screws

From what you have said it sound as if the heating
element(s) has failed and needs to be replaced
