hoover washer dryer ws130 quattro system 1300?

Hi there. I thought I would just let you all know that I also rang 01204 556111 today in the vague hope of them having a manual for my old washing machine (Hoover Quattro System 1300 Easylogic AA Powerjet. Model No. AE136). Yippee! It's winging it's way to me via email now.

Very helpful lady. Recommended.

inside the front right of the soap draw there should be a plastic strip with all the settings on

That number still goes to GIAS Ltd and they both said they'd charge. Swines! They've disabled the archived manuals. It's not available in PDF so I'm told.

I e-mailed as suggested above, got a prompt reply from Hoover (Gias), no pdf manual for the model I wanted, use form to respond with card details or telephone with card details. I telephoned (01204 556 111, between 08:30 and 17:00 Mon to Fri). They very kindly did not charge and are sending it directly to the relative that needs it. (Model was Hoover 1200 , AC 330 708 000 75.)
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Hope this helps others - I see there are many similar queries on this helpful site.

Hoover / Candy washing machine instruction booksAt the time of writing, Hoover don't have downloadable instruction books available. I was told by a representative, that they would supply a user manual to customers (not trade - and presumably anywhere in the UK only) if you sent a cheque for £2 (payable to GIAS UK) to -

This was over 18 months ago so their offer hopefully still stands. However, a few Washerhelp users have now told me that they received a free Hoover or Candy user manual in a .pdf file by emailing a request to spares.enquiry@hoovercandy.com
