Mend Logic 4 L4100 Alarm Red Replaced

How can I fix my Logic 4 security alarm?

My Logic 4 alarm goes off randomly when in the off position. The 'tamper' light shows red when this happens. I have replaced the fuse but it still keeps happening. Any suggestions please

turn the key to test,open upthe panel ,on the p,c ,b you will see the terminals marked 24 hour or tamp ,put a link of wire between the two terminals ,put the lid back on ,if you still have the problem come back on site
