how to thread the bobbin so the needle sews on both sides of fabric?

I have a singer tiny tailor,Ican't get the needle to pick up the bobbin,Ilost my instruction manuel on how to thread the bobbin correctly,If you can help me I would appreciate it.I always loved to sew on it,I just can't remember how to thread it correctly Thank You for any help you can give me

Hello Cindy,
If the needle is not picking up the tread make sure you have it in the correct way round, if you are happy with that then it may need retiming.
