We changed the plug, checked the fuel is flowing fine and so on and it still won't work. The scoot will kick and will idle but theminute you try get any power it coughs and dies, I got half way to the supermarket when it did it the other day and had to wheel it home, not sure if it's the battery but i don't think the scoot is battery dependant to get going
try to get it to idle , you can work from there, you might have mesed about with the mixture screw or something, once you have it ticking over do all your adjustments, a little at a time and note any differences
