my boys mini motor was running fine friday but on sat when we took it out it had no power when i lifted back wheel of the ground and reved the engine it whent slower and slower and then stoped now it will not start at all when it does start as soon as i touch the throttel it stalls checked carb it seems ok egtting spark from spark plug but spark plug is oily black had a look at piston rings they are worn is it the rings any help out there please
Sounds as tough you may of had seizure. Oily plugs means too much mixture getting to plug.
Try a brand new plug see if makes a differance. May well have to change rings if not. may need a rebore at same time as well
