2006 peugeot jetforce 50cc electric starter fault?

Hi, my fiancee's electric starter button doesn't work, checked starter by puttin a split pin in relay connections and it spins up, but nothing if i press the button? changed the relay and disconnected the electric start button and bridged the connectors but still nothing, also fuse seems fine. any ideas guys? Thanks in advance for your help
