Mend Gainsborough Royal Shower Hot Temperature

my gainsborough royal shower is not hot enough?

my gainsborough royal shower is not hot enough we have mislaid the instuctions so therefore we are not able to ajust the hot and cold temperature please advise us

Need a bit more to go on.
Has it ever been hot enough?
Have you ever defurred it?
Has the shower selector knob ever been taken off and put back on in a different position, so it will not now turn enough toward the 'hot' end?
Need a bit of history please
