Rinswe water enters at a trickle?

Tried everything on the supply side. All clear and working. Checked filters, OK too.

Can a solenoid valve only part-open?

check the water supply to the machine ,turn of the supply remove pipe feed from back of washer ,place end in a bowl turn on water lots of water supply OK or a dribble?check where the tap is attached if it is a self cut tap hole is blocked up with rust due to the SMALL size of the hole
lastly check the water supply filters located where the taps attach they just pull out to clean then replace
reattach the supply pipe and try
