Easy 1 to fix 1st fold down rear seats to gain access to trim panel remove panel a torx 20 screwdriver is required for this, Locate the lock motor which is secured with 2 torx 20 screws move the motor to the left or right cant remember which way it will unlock the boot you will probably find the motor is seized or has split open replace motor with new
