Above the v belt pully on the agitator there is a nylon cog, making a ratchet type loud noise, it appears that the agitator is moving anitclockwise only not both ways. Hoping you can help.
Hi my Simpson Aquapulse 513 washer is not filling with water. I have cleaned the filters and water is getting to the machine. Could the problem be a faulty water inlet valve?
