baxi combi instant 105e?

i have recently turned my heating on for the winter it worked initially then stopped on low pressure found pressure relief valve draining system though pressure at most 2.0 bar tried turning valve off and on incase jammed no luck system holds pressure when heating not on hot water ok until low pressure activated
