blue screen on pc & dead?

This could be almost anything - you'll have to be much more specific. Was the screen a navy blue with white text on it? If so, what did it say? If not, what do you mean by 'dead' - dead as in 'fuse blown' dead, or just dead as in 'I can get it running, but nothing much works'
