Mend Moffat MSF615 Oven Electric Repair

How can I fix my Moffat MSF615 electric oven?

The fan in my Moffat electric oven only seems to work occasionly. It starts to work then stops as if it gets stuck. Should I just clean the fan and the spindle or do I need to replace the fan motor?
