Mend Hotpoint SE87PX Repair Oven Electric

How can i fix my Hotpoint Electric Cooker SE87PX?

My oven works fine, but when we are done and we switch it off it still makes a noise as if it is still working. At first we thought it was just the fan cooling the oven but it didn't stop. The only way is to turn it off a the mains. I have read it could be the Cycling Relay...any ideas? Anyone know where I can download a service repair manual?

my girl friend from isle of man has just said the one in her house is doing basically the same thing it switches itself on and off lol will try give answer to problem after i came back to main land on 3rd june
