Reset asccenta house alarm?

please help I cannot set my alrm as the 1st code i entered has been forgot

If this alarm has registered and will not clear by pressing reset then you have a problem with either the wiring or with the covers on the hardware.Sit and think about it for a while? Have you had any doors or windows changed, or worked on recently? have you done any decorating? Has anyone had floorboards up? Has someone disturbed a junction box anywhere or has the lid of the alarm unit or RKP been disturbed, Perhaps even the bellbox?
If you want to keep your bill down for someone to find the fault you need to thoroughly review these situations and give them the best start in pursuing the problem.
