my conia air reverse cycle aircondistioner is freezing up when switched on?

i have lost my user guide and am really not sure about the settings and if this mayby the problem

set temp to between 21/ 23 deg. if you have blue/red indicator , set halfway on blue. if you are trying to cool a large room, GOOD LUCK!! remember, portable air con is really for spot cooling. otherwise you might have a gas leak. is your fan running? if not that could cause problems.
