You don't say which bit you are having problems with. The router ormally comes with easy to follow instructions about plugging it in to the upstream (internet) connection. Remember it has to be aq cable modem built in to it NOT a broadband one if you are connecting via NTL cable service.
Once it is plugged in plug an ethernet cable from a PC with ethernet, normally built in these days and you can now set up the router via a browser page. Normally 192.169.0.1.
Now follow the instructions.
As to the wireless connections. Use the Windows wizard on the PCs to se that up.
