XEROX DOCUCOLOR 12?

WHEN IT COMES UP IT KEEPS SAYING TURN OFF POWER AND WIAT THEN TURN BACK ON. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN THERE IS A NUMBER 10-355
ALSO IT WILL SAY BEFORE IT SHUTS DOWN NETWORK CONTROLLER ERROR CHECK CABLES.
