Mend Panasonic 3003 Vacuum Replacement Upright

how do I fit the small belt on my panasonic?

I have purchased a replacement set of belts for the panasonic upright hoover 3003. The longer belt is intact but I cannot see how to replace the smaller belt.Its kind of clear where it fits but not where it can be stretched to. Can anyone out there help?

HI. You have to take off the larger belt first before the motor pulley belt can be put on. Once that's on you have to put the main drive belt back on. Its one of several reasons to why I got rid of my Panasonic upright!
