DON'T tighten the cble!Doing so will stop the rear autoadjusters working and end up costing you a new caliper,if its not to late already.Slacken off the cble adjusters and manually pull the caliper levers to the off position(probably siezed). Then using a piston wind back tool, screw the calper piston back into the caliper. If its tight then slacken off the bleed nipple.Once piston is fully back then fit pads then caliper in position.then work the caliper lever off and on untill the auto adjusters close the pads onto the disc. Then refit the cble and ajust to 4-5 clicks. Then with your foot on the pedal, pull on and release the handbrake several times untill it adjusts/centralises.This is SOP and if it results in no hold at the caliper, then chances are the unit is shot.
