How to replace a hob element on a Zanussi ZCE 7701?

prise the cover plate stips of both side panels at front edge (nearest side to the oven doors).once removed you will see 3 screws.remove them and remove the ones on the back panel that hold the side panels on.pull sibe panels off and remove them.now you will see the 4 screws that hold the hob on.remove them and you can then lift the hob.you may need to remove hinges from rear of your hob to get better access.2 screws hold the mounting bar for the rings in place.remove them and remove the faulty ring
