My Teba is about 4-5 years old, and actually it's very easy to change.
Move the cooker out. On the back is a metal plate which is as tall as the cooker. Remove the 10 screws and take off.
You will see a load of insulation type stuff and also some wires.
My oven has at least 2 elements. The fan oven element at the back of the oven (access to it from the back is half way up) and the grill element at the top (access to it from the back is at the top.)
Quite simply you disconnect the wires (there'll be 2 or 3), REMEMBER which wire goes to which terminal, and then unscrew.
Insert new grill, reverse the above instructions.
My current favourite, is ElementMan (http://www.elementman.co.uk/). Very good customer service, and if you're not sure he'll do his best to help. Next day delivery is available for only £3.
If you're replacing the back element, you'll want to remove the square plating inside the oven which houses the grill.
