Mend Hotpoint WF541 Load Rinse

Hotpoint WF541, mini load & rinse hold & on/off lights constantly flashing?

Hi, what can I do about my mini load, rinse hold and on/off lights flashing constantly when I turn machine on. It does nothing else and the drum wont turn. Seems to be drawing water in somewhere (noise), certainly in the drawer but nothing else going on. Can't switch it off either but eventually stops itself.

Have you tried cleaning the pump filter?

if i turn on to select spin cycle the drum turns but only at a slow speed then if i select or press any other buttons The washer switches its self off
