Range Powermax 155 boiler?

we have Range Powermax 155 boiler which is 10 yr old. its going into lock-out mode when we try to switch it on. any suggestions to fix the problem

How do you re-fill the boiler and get it out of lock out?

You just need to top it up; there should be a black key at the bottom of the boiler. Mine is doing it at the mo but I know there is a small leak as the valve isn't working properly. Switch it off by the black rocker switch on the boiler control panel top it up to about 1 and a half on the guage and switch it back on.
