How can I fix my powermax 155 boiler?

we have hot water but no heating the pressure was too high so we ran all the water until the pressure dial dropped to under 1 but although the boiller light comes on for the heating system nothing is going through to the radiators. Can anyone help?

could be the pump. CH pump is the one on the upper
lefthand side on them
