Mend Potterton HE85 Heating Engineer Problems

Potterton powermax he85 problems?

Hi!

Ive been having a few probs with my boiler. when i run the hot tap with my heating set to off and water set on , my rads are getting hot.

Had an engineer round, changed 3 way valve and actuator head. and fault still occurs.

What could be the problem :/
