Mend Sharp AL-1642CS Key Pad Enter

H4 error on AL-1642CS?

I have found the fix for the H4 error on my AL-1642CS but I am not sure what buttons to use for "interrupt" key or the "#" key...I don't have a number key pad so how do I enter the number 14 as indicated?

YOU HAVE TO PUSH 2 BUTTONS WHICH ARE CLEAR/AUTO TWICE ONCE IT GOES BLANK ENTER #14 (AS IF YOU WERE MAKING 14 COPIES) BY USING BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT ARROW KEYS TIL YOU GET TO #14 THEN HIT THE GREEN COPY KEY...THAT SHOULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM ;-)
