my ER1772 S cash register displays 0.0 instead of 0.00?

i ve got an old sharp ER1772 S and everytime you ring in for example 120 it will show 12.0 instead of 1.20

It sounds like you have lost the programming. It probably has a faulty battery. Have the battery checked by a dealer, then it will need fully reprogramming.
