Briggs & Stratton 16.5 hp OHV engine Blows oil in Carb?

I have a Briggs & Stratton 16.5 hp OHV engine Blows oil in carb Smokes a lot under load smokes a little not under load
runs great dose not bog down even under load .Any suggestions?
