Mend Champion 3.5 hp Lawn Mower Engine Carb

champion 3.5 hp briggs&stratton lawn mower?

engine not running well. I removed and cleaned carb and fuel tank. It ran alright for a short while then developed the same problem. I suspect the carb is at fault.

Hi I have a 3.5 HP briggs on my mower and wondered if you could help me out at some point someone has messed about with the throttle springs and assy I need to know where the spings should be fitted as there are several holes for them can you help?
