Zanussi wdt 1072 washing machine - slow to fill with water and doesn't empty soap box. Any suggestions on fault?

low water pressure supply try other taps to confirm or maybe you have these self cutting taps installed and the input hole has got blocked with rust as the hole is so SMALL replace the taps as these are RUBBISH

Your SOAP BOX holes maybe blocked with mould scrub with a old tooth brush
