yes as it happens i do i used to fix theses bikes
right first you loosen the hose clip from the air-filter then remove the 2 philips/4mm alen-key screws which will leave you another two 4mm allen key bolts to take out which will realese the the carb then you take out the 2 philips screws then that will realese the carb basin and there you have the jet and float give them a goos soaken in dw40 or double t (tt) then reassemble it if you have the pocket bike it will require you to take off the rear wheel whick in its self is a pain in the ass then you have the problem of gettin the chain tensioned again
