Mini Moto dirt bike wont start?

I bought a mini moto that hadnt been started for a few months, i renewed the spark plug with a NGK, i put new fuel in it to a 25-1 ratio, i renewed the carb, i get a good spark from the plug but the engine doesnt fire up nor does it sound like its trying, i presume its still a feul problem although i dont know what, any ideas what to try next.
