can't start my mini moto?

the carb float is in the little bowl under the carb thear thould be two screws on each side and make sure you turn your petrol off ha the float is whithe make sure you put it back in the way it came out a other stuff might comeout aswel

if by the rings u mean th piston rings than yes u do without them u will have no compression nd u will have no chance of startin the bike nd do u mean carb float not crab float
