mini moto dont start there is a spsrk and there is fuel getting through but just will not start

could be lots of things but how's the compression? take plug out and put thumb over plug hole and crank engine over, pressure should lift your thumb if not that's the problem, rings gone or holed piston, head gasket blown, etc etc.
