how can i reset a 2004 ford transit connect immobiliser?

i tried to jump start my transit after battery was flat, cant even start with jump leads, i think i`ve activated the immobiliser, can anyone tell me how to reset it its a 2004 ford transit connect

the immobiliser should not be effected by a flat battery as it reads from the ford key. You must make sure the battery voltage is good because it wont start below 9 volts when cranking it over.
