A bit tricky.
There is a special kit you can buy but not cheap.
Alternative is go buy 3 6ml drill bits and one 10ml drill bit.Remove timing cover and rotate the engine until the cut out in the cam gears are at six o'clock the cut out at the injector pump should be at about one ';clock you should be able to fit the 6ml drill bits through the gears and into the locating holes.
The crankshaft is a bit trickier you will have pull out the crank angle sensor and fit the 10ml drill bit you will have to move the flywheel back and forth until you feel it lock in.
To rock it back and forth put back in the 3 crankshaft pulley bolts and stick a screwdriver between that will make it easier.
Some of the after market chain kits have marks for the cams and the pump but not the crank.
Dont try and set the crank at top dead centre it fires at 40 degree's before.
Hope that helps
