Hi check your ingnition alectrodes and the flame sense electrode which are found on the burner the manual should tell you every thing

All Jags were electronic ignition ( if memory serves correct)so when there is a demand for heating or hot water it will run through the sequence and fire up. If there is a fault with a component then it will not
