combination boiler not sending hot water to taps?

on page 10 of installation instructions it says that it's caused by 'lack of flame detection. most usually caused by incorrect polarity of the electrical connections'. It sparks, the flames come on but cut out soon after. It's happening to me at this very moment and plumber thinks it's because there's a small water leak.

think it is the same prob i had .It was the diverter valve cost 65 pounds to have repaired
